Words of thanks from the class of 2026
Dear DFS,
Firstly, thank you for everything over the last 4 years. My experience with this organization has been nothing but pleasant, and I am extraordinarily grateful for the opportunities I have been given to volunteer in my local community. Additionally, I cannot thank you guys enough for the generous donations I have received. Specifically, the Whitman High School Class of 47 Scholarship. Paying for college is going to be extremely difficult, but you guys have made it just a bit easier as I start my next chapter at Holy Cross! Thanks again. I cannot fully express my gratitude.

Dear Michael & the DFS Volunteers,
I would like to say thank you so much for the generous scholarship. I always had so much fun volunteering and I enjoyed everyone. Next year, I am going to UNH for Finance in hopes of becoming a wealth manager. Again, I would like to say thank you so much for being so generous.

Dear Mr. Ganshirt,
Thank you so much for your generous scholarship award. Through the years I have really enjoyed participating in the many events we do and am so appreciative of the recognition for my time volunteering. I am going to be attending Saint Anselm college in the fall as a nursing major, which I couldn't be more excited about. As someone who comes from a big family, this scholarship will make a big impact in paying for college. I look forward to seeing how this foundation will grow, as my brother will continue volunteering.
